A site development permit for a Walmart store in Liberty Hill's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) was filed by Kimley-Horn on Aug. 12.

Walmart told KTVB that a mistake happened when they had their parking lot repainted, and a turning lane was mislabeled.
