Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand paid a visit to Western Iowa this week in his effort to win over voters for governor. He plans to hit every one of the state's 99 counties and is already on the road.

He says studies released that point to a connection between fluoride and health problems don’t tell the whole story.

Construction will begin on May 19th and contractors have been given 100 days to complete work on both bridges.
