A nursing home allowed a supervisor to harass employees over 40 and fired two women who claimed discrimination, according to an EEOC lawsuit.
EEOC attorneys wrote that the case is over KDHE not promoting Annette Carper, allegedly because of her age. At the time, she was 58. A KDHE spokesperson declined to comment on the pending litigation.
