(WKRC) - Former Major League Baseball pitcher Danny Serafini has been found guilty of first-degree murder and attempted murder of his in-laws, Robert Gary Spohr and Wendy Wood, a Placer County jury determined on Monday. The verdict was confirmed by a news release from the Placer County District Attorney's Office.
