Police identify the teen dead after Outer Banks shooting, 16-year-old suspect charged with murder
A shooting at Avalon Pier in Kill Devil Hills has left 19-year-old Zane Huges dead and a 15-year-old boy injured. The accused, 16-year-old Henry Hargis, is in custody facing charges of first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
