The Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County finalized a new 11-year lease on Friday that includes $470 million in renovations to Paycor Stadium. Hamilton County commissioners approved a version of the lease on Thursday but the Bengals did not sign because they had not seen the version that county officials approved.

Bengals Vice President Troy Blackburn wanted to extend the 1997 stadium lease rather than continue negotiations.

Paycor Stadium, which has been home to the Bengals since it opened in 2000, will undergo upgrades as part of the project. It carries a smaller price tag than the initial $830 mill
