West Midlands Police has issued an appeal to find 12-year-old Rayne, who went missing from his home today (April 28). The force said the young boy may be in the Sandwell or Dudley areas with friends.

A post-mortem examination report also says he was in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s and was likely to have not eaten for a long time.
