Accused shooter Oscar Rosales testified he mistook a Precinct 5 constable deputy trailing him on a west Houston street for the strip club security guards he feuded with earlier that 2022 night.

Oscar Rosales has been convicted of the death of Harris County Pct. 5 Corporal Charles Galloway. Cpl. Galloway was shot and killed in 2022 while trying to conduct a traffic stop.
