Olympian and gold medal winner Noah Lyles has confirmed the race between him and Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill is off.

Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill will not get his wish of racing Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles. Lyles said that he and Hill had agreed to race in what they hoped would be a major event this weekend in New York City,

The exact complications and personal reasons for why the race never occurred are unclear. Hill was reportedly involved in a domestic disturbance with his ex-wife, Keeta, in April. Hill has a track record of off-field issues, which includes a domestic assault conviction in 2015 and a child abuse investigation in 2019.
