A 1-year-old who was born at 21 weeks has been named the world's most premature baby by Guinness World Records.

Nash Keen was born prematurely weighing just 10 ounces — less than a can of soda — and doctors doubted he would survive. He recently had his first birthday.

Nash Keen weighed less than a grapefruit when he was born 133 days premature.
