Blake Lively filed her federal lawsuit against Justin Baldoni late Tuesday, alleging in a scathing 93-page complaint that her It Ends With Us director and co-star subjected her to "disturbing" sexual harassment during production and then engaged in a retaliatory campaign designed to "silence" and "eviscerate" her credibility.

Lively formally filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, his film studio and public relations team after previously filing a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department.

Lively formally filed a lawsuit in New York against Baldoni, his PR team, and Wayfarer Studios for mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress, and lost wages, all related to the allegations made in the NY Times piece, reports Page Six. Vulture has reached out to Lively’s team for comment.
