The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is stuck in a 101-101 partisan divide following the sudden death of one of its Democratic members, leaving the chamber deadlocked until a special election is held.

It was a close call for a man who was attacked by a bear in Carbon County and it was caught on camera. The video shows the bear approaching the man in Jim Thorpe on Sunday. That man tries to walk away but the bear follows and then jumps on him.
