In a related move, the Nets converted the contract of former William Allen standout Tyrese Martin to a multi-year contract from a two-way contract.
Bojan Bogdanović will reportedly undergo foot surgery and miss the remainder of the season, according to Shams Charania of ESPN. Charania added that Bogdanović will be waived to free up a roster spot to sign Killian Hayes to a 10-day contract and convert two-way guard Tyrese Martin to a standard NBA deal.
