Anne Arundel County Public Schools will open two hours late on Friday, January 10 after district officials re-evaluated the road and sidewalk conditions.

After staying closed for three days, Anne Arundel schools will have to either extend the school year or use virtual learning days if schools close again.

With snow still covering some local roads, Anne Arundel County Public Schools announced its plans for Wednesday classes.

Some Maryland schools still dealing with messy road conditions caused by this week's winter storm will be closed or delayed on Thursday, January 9.
