When Arkansas defeated Tennessee 11-4 on Sunday, Van Horn became the 12th coach to lead his team to the CWS 10 or more times. He took Nebraska in 2001 and 2002, and this is the eighth time he has led the Razorbacks to Omaha since 2004.

Arkansas ended Tennessee’s reign as champions with an 11-4 win Sunday, which came one day after the Razorbacks edged the Vols 4-3. UT (46-19) is now 2-13 under coach Tony Vitello against Arkansas since 2018, and the Vols are 1-10 at Walker-Baum Stadium during that stretch.

Tennessee baseball struggled to find traction offensively in the first game of the Fayetteville Super Regional. No. 3 Arkansas beat No. 14 Tennessee 4-3 on June 7 at Baum-Walker Stadium.
