Philadelphia's largest union representing trash collectors, police dispatchers and more — and the Parker administration as the municipal workers' strike continued into its third day Thursday.DC 33 President Greg Boulware told CBS News Philadelphia that at this time,

AFSCME District Council 33 represents 9,000 employees ranging from sanitation workers to crossing guards. Trash pick-up, pools and 911 calls are among the services impacted.

Striking city workers are joining picket lines outside Philadelphia City Hall, public libraries and other worksites as nearly 10,000 unionized employees walked off the job in search of better pay and benefits.
