In his post from Sunday, Moran called Miller, the White House deputy chief for policy, a “world-class hater,” and wrote that he is “one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy.” He said that Miller does not operate with “brains,” but instead “bile.”
The Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, which operates within the State Department, wrote in a statement on Substack that the Trump administration has usurped its authority and denied program
