Milroe’s original college coach, Nick Saban, was of course also part of ABC’s broadcast of the draft. Saban said Milroe has all the skills to succeed at the NFL level, but needs refinement.

The former Crimson Tide coach, who coached Milroe in three of his four seasons at Alabama and is now covering the NFL draft on ABC, applauded and shook his head. And with tears in his eyes, Saban broke down what the Seahawks were getting.
