Travis Hunter is one of the most gifted football players ever. The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up to take him with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft last Thursday, and for good reason. Hunter was regarded by most as both the top wide receiver and the top cornerback in the draft class.

“We’ll have a plan right now of [Hunter playing] primarily on offense,” head coach Liam Coen said after Round 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft, “with learning the defensive system and practicing on the defensive side of the ball as well throughout this offseason program.”
