Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos first raced around Lambeau Field doing his soccer-inspired celebration. But when he found himself near the back of the end zone among a mob of teammates Sunday, he looked toward the stands and saw his opportunity.

Caleb Williams drove Chicago to Cairo Santos’ 51-yard field goal as time expired and the Bears snapped a 10-game skid with a 24-22 victory over the playoff-bound Green Bay Packers.

Jordan Love suffered an injury to his throwing arm during the Green Bay Packers' Week 18 loss to the Chicago Bears. Love left the game in the second quarter and was replaced by Malik Willis after hurting his right elbow.

The Packers lost to the Bears in the season finale and will play the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Wild Card Round next week.
