Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson is in concussion protocol and will miss Friday night's home game against the Dallas Wings. The three-time WNBA MVP was injured in Wednesday’s 97-89 loss to the Los Angeles Sparks.

Wilson exited Wednesday night's loss to the Los Angeles Sparks after being on the receiving end of a hit to the head from Dearica Hamby. Wilson was defending the basket when Hamby drove to the rim and recorded a block on the play, but Hamby's follow through caught Wilson in the face.

Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson was placed in concussion protocol on Friday and will miss the team's game against the Dallas Wings on Friday night. Wilson will likely also miss Sunday's home game against the Phoenix Mercury due to the league policy that a player spend at least 48 hours in the protocol and be cleared by a medical professional.
