We went to see Madame Butterfly. It's a whole experience. The people, the place, the atmosphere, the opera itself. Recommended for opera lovers and non lovers! It's a must! Full review by Marcia M
Has anyone eaten at the Grand Tier restaurant? We are going to La Traviata on 5 th March and thought it would be nice to eat there beforehand. The prix fixe menu looks very expensive but the setting looks very elegant. Wonder if we should splash out. Any tips would be gratefully received. Deborah

I ate there about a year ago, and, although it was expensive, I thought it was worth it. The food was excellent, and the service top notch. No worries about getting to the show on time.
Hi -- We want to take our 11-yr-old granddaughter to the Met this season to see The Magic Flute. Advice on seating would be appreciated. Grand Tier: There are some Row A seats, but a little toward the side. Is visibility for stage ok? There are some Row C, center seats; is it sloped enough that someone in front of her would not be a problem? Parterre: There are some front row seat (slightly to edge). Is it worth paying the price?
